With skills spanning creative direction and content strategy, Margot focuses on building engaging and brand-appropriate user experiences that help clients project key messages with consistency and clarity. Her experience encompasses a range of industries, including retail, finance, hardware, biotech, and both traditional and social media. Prior to ISITE, she served as the Content Strategy Practice Lead at a New England-based design agency, and helped clients like ECCO Shoes, Fidelity Investments, Spire, and the Jackson Laboratory engage customers, clients, and end users. Working independently and as a consultant at Sapient, she's nurtured brands and websites for ABC, NBC, Lotus, Nokia, Timberland, and several New England-area nonprofits. Margot holds a BFA in Communication Design and Anthropology from Carnegie Mellon University.
