Position Concept

ISITE Design is seeking a motivated individual to join its growing Technical department. The ColdFusion developer position is responsible for architecting and building web applications.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Architect, build and document web applications
  • Collaborate with the technical, creative and online marketing divisions to support the client's business objectives
  • Participate in a number of developer centric communities staying on the leading edge of technology
  • Strive for certifications
  • Other duties as assigned by the Director of Technology

Other Duties and Responsibilities

  • Must be able to partake in Research and Development of new development tools
  • Must work with other team members to develop client oriented solutions in a structured and organized manner
  • Assist the Director of Technology in improving the process of website development and documentation

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary
  • Full medical, dental, naturopathic and chiropractic, 401k with employer match, 2 weeks paid vacation (accrual rate 8 hrs/month), $2,000 per year training/conference stipend, profit share potential and bonus potential.

Qualifications

Experience
  • 3 years experience ColdFusion
  • 3 years in Internet related industry
  • 3 years in computer related industry
Education and/or Formal Training
  • Trade school or College degree preferred

Working Environment

  • Friendly, fast-paced, high-volume production environment in fixed, convenient downtown location

  • MS Office suite
  • MS Project
  • MS Outlook
  • Other Web development tools may be used (e.g. Macromedia, Adobe suites)
