ISITE Design will be hosting the first meet-up of the Portland Google Analytics Group on Thursday, May 31st.
The meeting will include guest speakers from Google Analytics Certified Partners ISITE Design and SwellPath, and brainstorming together for shaping future events. Speakers include Allen Tyler and Ryan Summers from ISITE Design and Adam Ware from SwellPath.
ISITE Design will host the WebVisions Hackathon for Social Good. Web and mobile experts will start the day with short presentations by educators and non-profit organizations, followed by informational sessions on building sites and web applications to help benefit non-profit organizations. The Hackathon is benefiting non-profit groups p:ear, Nursing Mothers Coalition and My Way Home Dog Rescue.

On Tuesday, May 15, Marketing Specialist Katie Del Angel will join fellow content savants at Confab2012. Katie will present a Lightning Talk from the newbie perspective as her first 100 days as a content strategist at ISITE Design.

As part of the 8th Annual eMarketing Summit, Gene Ehrbar, Director of Mobile Solutions at ISITE Design, will be part of the Mobile Marketing Strategies session. The session will use a case study format where ISITE Design, Meridian, and Concentric Sky will discuss three distinct ways that innovative mobile strategies are transforming the way businesses engage with their customers. Gene will be joined by Kiyo Kubo from Meridian, Holly E. Files from VelocX, and Cale Bruckner from Concentric Sky.
This Wednesday ISITE Design will host the Computer Human Interaction Forum of Oregon (CHIFOO) meeting Mobile as Analytics for Life, presented by Jeanne Turner. In this presentation, Jeanne will explore the ways that people have integrated these devices into their lives and discuss whether the technology has followed through on the promise to improve health, performance, and lifestyle.
This Wednesday, ISITE Design will host the Refresh Portland session Deconstructing Delight: Pleasure, Flow, and Meaning presented by Dana Chisnell. The session will cover Dana's perspective on creating frameworks for "happy" design.
