Our 14-year old growing digital agency is seeking a Vice President of Experience Design to manage and grow a talented design team, and play an integral role in defining our new agency brand.
The newly created position will be a key member of the executive team in leading and growing an existing 12-person team of user experience architects, visual designers, interaction designers and content specialists.
The agency is committed to helping organizations create world-class digital experiences that differentiate brands and build businesses. We’re looking for a leader with a strong point of view, established personal brand, and passion for sharing with the outside world through speaking, writing and teaching. The ideal candidate will be (or aspire to be) speaking at events such as UX Week, Forrester’s Consumer Forum, eMetrics, and the emerging CXPA events.
The ideal candidate will have dedicated their career to digital with a focus on creating integrated digital experiences across the entire customer journey. As a data-driven agency with a dedicated optimization practice group, we’re looking for a leader who understands the role of analytics in design with hands-on testing and optimization experience.
We’re looking for a creative leader that can rally teams around the big idea, help clients tell compelling stories and build integrated digital experiences that delight.
What we’re looking for
- At least 10 years of experience working across digital and experience design
- A proven track record of leading and managing growing experience design teams
- A passion for thought leadership and building a personal brand
- The ability to connect experience design to business strategy and results
- Deep experience developing customer experience strategies across multiple channels and devices
