Evolution of Experience
For 7 years, beloved brands and seasoned user experience folks have gathered in Portland, Oregon. Once a year, insights from local brands creating delightful digital experiences have been delivered, discussed and shared at ISITE Design’s annual UX event, Love at First Website.
But experience design has evolved with digital, enabling stronger and better connections, affording us opportunities for creating truly inspired experiences across channels. Fittingly, Love at First Website has also transformed and evolved into Delight 2012, gathering the likes of Columbia, RueLaLa, Zipcar, Simple, and many more over the years.
October 25th, we’re bringing the experience out East for FutureM Boston.
Design for Delight
Debi Kleiman, our friend at MITX, wrote a piece for Boston.com last week exploring ten tips for delivering better experiences. Her list hits upon several characteristics of genuinely “loveable” brands (including a hat tip to one of our session speakers, Gemvara), and we couldn’t agree more.
These days, delivering a good experience is not enough. Customers expect exceptional, personal, inspired and delightful experiences.
With shifting expectations comes a new paradigm for building relationships, and we’re thrilled to share the stories and insights of brands that are going above and beyond to do just that.
