Thanks to FCC kickbacks in Iowa and things we don't fully understand, a company called All Free Calls currently allows anyone to make free international calls by calling an Iowa based number. Banter back and forth all night with that international pen pal you've been meaning to reconnect with. We haven't found the "catch" yet…
