ISITE Design is a digital agency built over the last 13 years on innovation, thought leadership and execution for brands ranging from Siemens to MTV and Xerox to Zip Car.

While this position sits at the front desk, welcomes people to the office and performs a variety of administrative tasks, it is much more than a receptionist position. Instead it is a foot in the door for a person looking to transform their passion for the web into a career. The last three people each served 2 years in the role and were then promoted into roles such as project manager, strategist and marketing coordinator.

Greater than 50% of your time will be spent assembling proposal responses, editing articles and researching industry trends.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or English. Maintaining a personal blog, active participation in Facebook and Twitter are definite pluses. Past agency experience is beneficial but not required.

Salary: $30k/yr plus full medical, dental, 401k match, transportation stipend and professional development opportunities.
